About Quality:

As for the quality, all the IC for earphones/smart watch have been 100% inspected by IQC and PC. They have been fully inspected by the quality supervisor, including appearance inspection, functional test and charging test before packing. All goods need to do 100% testing before shipment. We have a strict QC process, so our products come with high quality.

Our company is professional factory in the mobile phone and electronic products . And we can do your OEM design.You just need to send the 2D or 3D drawing or samples of your needed products to our company with detailed requirement about the products, then we will special person to deal with your inquiry. We have an industrial factory in Shenzhen, with a total area of 3000 square meters and a workforce of 120 employees. We have 2 CNC machining centers, 4 sets of EDM, 5 sets of wire-cut machines, 8 sets of milling machines, 2 sets of grinding machines and 10 sets of injection molding machines. Provide design plan as clients' request, eg: visual graphic or dimensional.

Q1. How to get samples for testing ?

A1: Please select the samples you are interested, then we will proceed with sample invoice. Samples will be shipped out by ourselves or via your carrier account after confirmation.

Q2. How to order?
A2:
1. Tell us which models, Quantity, color you want to order
2. We will make PI(Proforma invoice) for your order to confirm
3. Checking the PI, we will delivery the goods ASAP when we received your payment. And the shipping cost is depending on the weight.

Q3: What is your terms of delivery?
A3: FOB/CIF/Door to Door/By air as you like.

Q4: What’s your MOQ?
A4: 3000pcs. For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable like 1000pcs, but the price is a little highly, you know, the price is based on quantity.

Q5: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A5: The stock sample 1 day, making sample 5-7 workdays after received your sample charge. The production lead time depend on your order quantity, about 25-30 days based on MOQ.

Q6. What is your payment term ?

A6: T/T, Western Union is acceptable.
